Jireh Website Studio is operated by Carson Gray DBA Jireh Solutions ("Jireh Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to the Website Studio service, its account area, and related support communications.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, organization, account credentials, support messages, website content, uploaded media, domain and publishing settings.
We also collect limited technical and usage information such as device and browser information, IP address, activity records, error data, and security logs. If an administrator connects QuickBooks, we may process Intuit account identifiers, company identifiers, authorization tokens, transaction references, subscription status, and payment records needed to operate billing. Payment details are handled by Intuit and its payment services; Jireh Website Studio is not designed to store complete card or bank account numbers.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide the website builder, save and publish websites, manage trials and subscriptions, process payments, provide customer support, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.
4. When we share information
We share information only as needed with service providers that help operate the platform, such as Supabase for authentication and data services, Vercel for application hosting, Intuit and QuickBooks for connected billing and payment services, and hosting or domain providers selected for website publication. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal requirements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained when required for billing, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance. You may disconnect an integrated service through the available account controls or by contacting support.
7. Children
The service is intended for businesses, churches, organizations, and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
