1. Agreement
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Carson Gray DBA Jireh Solutions ("Jireh Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Jireh Website Studio, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws.
3. Trial, subscriptions, and payment
Eligible new accounts may receive a seven-day trial after selecting a monthly Studio plan. No card is collected at signup. Unless the trial is canceled before it ends, a QuickBooks invoice for the selected monthly plan is issued on day eight. Any one-time website build fee is separate from the Studio subscription and is determined by whether the customer builds the website or contracts Jireh Solutions for design and construction.
If payment fails, is reversed, or a subscription ends, we may limit access after providing any notice required by law. Fees already paid are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of text, images, video, designs, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, support, and publish your websites. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for all content you upload or publish.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; distribute malware, spam, deceptive content, or illegal material; interfere with platform security; attempt unauthorized access; resell access without permission; or use the service in a way that could harm Jireh Solutions, our providers, or other users.
6. Third-party services
The service may connect to third-party providers such as Intuit, QuickBooks, Supabase, Vercel, Facebook, GoDaddy, and other domain or hosting companies. Their products are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, content, or actions.
7. Jireh Solutions property
Jireh Website Studio, its software, interface, branding, templates, and documentation are owned by Jireh Solutions or its licensors. During an active trial or paid subscription, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
8. Service availability and warranties
We work to provide a dependable service, but features may change and interruptions may occur. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jireh Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or cancel as provided in your account. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, material violation of these terms, security risk, unlawful activity, or to protect the service and its users. You should export content you need before termination when export tools are available.
11. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
